Menopause headaches/ pressure

i have been feeling like this since march pressure in head dizzyness facial pain ear pain but not earache . im waiting in MRI but think it down to menopause . Did try Hrt patches last year but was on them 3 weeks and my headaches got worse so came off them . im really struggling at the minute . has anybody found anything (medication or herbal ) that eases them feel like im going crazy . i do take menofoce (herbal ) that help with hot flushes

    i have been how you described for the last 6 years on and off but had an appointment with ENT in March and she said it was all related to Migraine and she asked me to drink lots of water and walk out every day looking around as i was as this will help rebalance me, i also take vitamin B2 and magnesium

    iv been doing this since i saw her and its drastically improved.

    i go back to see her tomorrow so ill see what she says.
