hi gelster,  I just got a bad flush this morning and went straight out and got Sage supplement and took one straight away.  I must say that I feel calmer, have not had another today, fingers crossed and I hope it is working.  I know lots of ladies on this site take it, so that is why I chose it over everything else on the shelf, and there is so much stuff aimed for us women, this seems the most reasonable option.   I also wear a lady magnet now and it seems to help with any pain or uncomfortable feelings in the pelvic area.  Can't say it helps with anything else that is why I went and got Sage.  hope this helps.

hi yvonne,  i read all about sage before buying it and it does help dizziness too among loads of other ailments.  look up   herb wisdom online,  they list everything, but  Sage for me seemed to be the one to go for.

yep try it all, haha,  with the magnet you'll need your 'knickers' (can't think of a nicer word at the minute  lol) to be big, not little skimpy ones.  LoL
