Menopause Muscle and Ligament Strains

Posted , 1 user is following.

I am 53 years old and regularly walk and i

ride a mountain bike on forest trails... I have been experiencing menopause for 2 years...... For almost 3 months i have had muscle and ligament problems. Rotator cuff left shoulder....... Then De Quervains right wrist.... Then knees hurt and i can hear a gristle sound when i bend them.... Then the top outer edge of my right leg had a strain...... I had a blood test but nothing obvious (i guess) is showing.

Does anyone else have these problems which have come on suddenly and one after the other? If so, what did you do to manage your body and do you know what exercises you should do to prevent this happening? I would like to handle the menopause holistically if possible....
