For me by far are these migraine/headaches they have my anxiety so bad thinking I have a bleeding aneurysm or brain tumor.. I had the MRI all clear thank god, but of course my health anxiety has me thinking otherwise, what did they miss.. I feel like groundhogs day these symptoms just keep repeating every single month.. With dizziness off balance sharp weird pains short of breath exhaustion and the list goes on and on.. Well anyways just thought you ladies could share your most scary symptom by far.. I honestly can't think of just one severe symptom. They have all been severe. Severe anxiety, panic attacks, blurred vision along initially with feelings of detachment. Severe dizziness and that drunk spaced out feeling. Yeah, that's a fun one. Has kept me home bound since last March! Those symptoms have lessened but, still have some anxiety which I think is causing the dizziness still and major brain fog which right now is driving bonkers. I just want to think straight so, I can function. That's all I pray for. The anxiety and panic attacks initially scared me to death! Got worse right before my cycle was hitting. I'm bracing for my next cycle and hoping those symptoms remain not as severe. So many ladies with the dizziness. I knew I wasn't alone on that one but, wow. I started taking iron supplements today. I'm going to try that for the dizziness. Maybe I'm anemic at this time. I don't know. I've been to the doctor /ER. Everything comes back juuuussst fine and I'm thankful for that. I really am but, I wish it would end all ready. I'm making progress with other supplements and exercise but, it's at a snail's pace. I mean it's friggin slloooooow. So over this !!!!

Every day is a new symptoms for me.
Today its lump in the throat feeling, congested chest, and difficulty swallowing.
It brings up my anxiety level when I try to clear my chest. So so scary.

Menopause is a natural biological process that occurs in women usually between the ages of 45 and 55, marking the end of the reproductive years. During menopause, the ovaries gradually stop producing eggs, and there is a significant decline in the production of hormones such as estrogen and progesterone. This hormonal shift can result in a variety of symptoms, which can vary in intensity and duration for each individual. Some common symptoms experienced during menopause include:
Irregular periods: Menstrual cycles may become irregular, with changes in the frequency, duration, and flow of periods.
Hot flashes: This is one of the most well-known symptoms of menopause. Hot flashes are sudden feelings of warmth, often accompanied by flushing and sweating. They can vary in intensity and duration.
Night sweats: Hot flashes that occur during sleep are referred to as night sweats. They can disrupt sleep and cause feelings of restlessness and discomfort.
Vaginal dryness: Decreased estrogen levels can lead to thinning and drying of the vaginal tissues, resulting in vaginal dryness, itching, and discomfort during sexual intercourse.
Sleep disturbances: Many women experience difficulty sleeping during menopause. This can be due to night sweats, hormonal changes, or other factors.
Mood changes: Hormonal fluctuations can contribute to mood swings, irritability, anxiety, and feelings of sadness or depression.
Fatigue: Many women report increased fatigue and a lack of energy during menopause.
Weight gain: Hormonal changes, coupled with aging and lifestyle factors, can contribute to weight gain, particularly around the abdomen.
It's important to note that not all women will experience the same symptoms, and the severity and duration of symptoms can vary. If you're experiencing bothersome symptoms during menopause, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional for guidance and potential treatment options.
