Menopause symptoms after fibroid removal

Hi!

I had fibroid surgery 6 weeks ago (one large outside uterus 9cm). I did it to have a baby. Ever since my surgery I have insomnia and night sweats! I also started to have acne! I have mood swings. I had a period (that long heavy one after the surgery), but now my pre period symptoms aren't here. I didn't take any medication to do or anything to induce the menopause symptoms besides remove the fibroid. Has anyone had this issue? my doctors appointment is in one month
