    Hi!

I use Estrace cream and its worked wonders for me, but i also made other changes too.. wash your panties in unscented detergent and don't use fabric softener, wash your vagina with only warm water, no soap as it's self cleaning! Make sure you wipe front to back. Definitely do your kegel exercises and google pelvic floor strengthening exercises.. I prefer unrefined coconut oil, its a great moisturizer plus a natural antibacterial.. hope some of these suggestions help! Good Luck!

I use an emollient cream to wash with instead of soap and also use vaginal moisturisers

Hi there, I think I may have experienced something similar in the past. I was prescribed Premarin, but was not at ease using it because of what it's made from/possible side effects; I preferred the other thing my gynae prescribed -- diaper cream! Yes, I'm not kidding, and yes, it did really help. It's the micro-tears that happen down there from your daily activities, and pee going over those tears doesn't help. So diaper cream protects and helps heal -- same as what it does for babies.

But the main thing that resolved it all for me, was adjusting how I fit into or "sat" in my underwear/pants. To put it bluntly, those lady bits have stretched a little and aren't structurally quite as they were when I was young, before repeated childbirth. So, I just need to adjust them a little to make sure they're comfy so there's no chafing, if you know what I mean. Possibly consider getting a different cut of jeans or new underwear. Hope that helps, hang in there ❤️
