Just wondering if any of you ladies noticed a weakness in your bladder the a week before your period and start of period which goes away after period until the week before your next period.
Like out of no where if I cough or sneeze I practically pee my self.

Hi Michelle,
This is the sleep problems forum. I'm sure no one will mind you posting here, but you might get more support and useful advice if you were to post in one of the more appropriate forums on this site. I'm sure there'll be at least one connected with bladder problems, menstrual cycle etc.
