menstrual cycle post hysterscopic myomectomy

hi all, i had a hysterscopic myomectomy on 12feb, im sure i had a period sometime in there about 2weeks later, then another period on track on march 21st or so, started light bleeding very watery then combo of brown discharge and then a very heavy period dark red blood with back pain and cramps around 5/6 days (im usually 3/4days). havnt had postop check yet since that fell in the time of my countrys lockdown. 3rd period was due sat 18th april but nothing, sunday brown discharge, 3 drops of blood, today (monday) more brown discharge, little blood when i pee, no cramps no tender breasts no pain no backache. im curious to know if this is a period or not? is my body still regulating? how long after does my cycle go back to normal. i use an app to track my cycle so i know its around this time but not sure what this means as i have not had a postop check up yet. i dont even know when im ovulating, previously i was 100% regular and if the app said i was ovulating i sure was and period was on track always. im so confused? anyone else had this?
