Mental Health Dept have falsified my records, what should I do?

In 2007, I went to the Mental Health Dept., in the Aneurin Bevan Health Board, for anxiety that was being caused by police and council complaints. The authorities were protecting authority informants that were committing crimes against myself and my family, hence the anxiety. The Mental Health Dept. said they could not help me.
In 2009, my sister over heard a public discussion between two of our neighbours (one of the authority informants) discussing her private health records. The other neighbour worked in a GP Practice. Knowing a GP Practice has access to the NHS records, my sister made a request to the Aneurin Bevan Health Board (ABHB) for a list of who had accessed her records, when and where these accesses took place. It took the ABHB approximately 5 years to finally release this information to my sister. This release of information only took place after myself and 2 other members of our family requested their records from the ABHB, of who accessed, where and when.
This is when myself and my sister discovered the illegal accessing of our health records in the Mental Health Department.
In my case individuals have been illegally accessing my health records over numerous year, within the Mental Health Department, the Forensic Mental Health Service (FMHS), Criminal Justice Liaison Service (CJLS) and Social Services.
In order for the CJLS or the FMHS to access health records of someone, the individual who’s records they are accessing must be either arrested or detained. In my case I have never been arrested or detained, hence the accesses were illegal.
I contacted Gwent Police, who confirmed in an official police report that I have never been arrested or detained. Obviously, I knew this, but needed official confirmation to present to the ABHB. Even with the evidence I presented to the ABHB, the ABHB is still blanking the evidence I supplied confirming that ABHB staff / employees have been illegally accessing and altering my records over numerous years.
The ABHB has also have been allowing illegal accessing and altering of my sister records. In her case, the ABHB records are claiming she has had home treatment for numerous years, from the Mental Health Dept. This never happened. My sister even made an official Subject Access Request to the ABHB for ALL her medical records. At this point my sister discovered the ABHB have also been removing her legitimate records.
Both my sister and I feel betrayed by the Aneurin Bevan Health Board and their Mental Health Department.

Join the club My medical records have me in 2 different towns at the same time. Have I got multiple person disorder? I have some of my records and it's somber reading funding out that when I was first admitted there was nothing mentally wrong with me.
Been locked in psychiatric wards on and off for most of my life forcibly sterilised, large doses of meds, some of which have since been banned. But I'm doing ok considering Cornwall had me dead and burried in a different county in 1998. Medical records are NEVER wrong even when it's obvious they are.
Unfortunately from what I've heard about Gwent it's unlikely the police will do much. If you can find a good solicitor please let me know, it's the only way you might get justice.
Good luck and best
