Mental health problems after taking Vitamin B12

In March 2020 I took three pills of Vitamin B12 200mcg each. After taking them i developed the following symptoms: extreme restlessness and anxiety, racing thoughts that I couldn't stop, memory problems, I could hear every word someone said but couldn't make sense of the sentence. I also developed chronic insomnia. Since then I can sleep only with sleeping pills. I also experience pins and needles all over my body and muscle aches especially in my legs and arms. Because of this symptoms I also became more withdrawn and I seldom leave the house. I am not able to do any meaningful work. My social life is practically inexistent.

I've seen two psychiatrists: one has said that I have psychosis with schizofrenic symptoms and the other one said is a major depression episode. I was hospitalised twice in a mental institution but with no real results. My health hasn't improved. I also have seen a neurologist and took an MRI of the brain, EEG, EMG and ENG, all turning out good. Blood test were also good apart from high cholesterol and tryglicerides. I am really desperate and if anyone has some suggestion that might improve my state please leave a comment.
