I am the opposite way around I was on mezaline suppositories,then enemas, now mezavant xl 1200
It just takes a bit of time to get used to! I found it very uncomfortable & never used it at the weekend.. I wanted a decent night sleep as I felt like the foam would come right back out.

Yes I was on these for a few years, they take a bit of getting used to, but are nowhere near as painful as the expanding foam type enemas when you have a flare. Just take it slow and easy, then lie on your front for 10 mins and you'll be fine.

It does take getting used to it's just part and parcel of this rubbish UC
I disn't use it at the weekend as it made me really uncomfortable & I wanted s decent night sleep!
