mesh dislodged and entwined in small bowel loop from hernia surgery

Following a CT scan for abdominal pain it was discovered that hernia mesh from a surgery 10 years ago has dislodged and entwined around my small bowel loop. It appears to be inflammed but no obstruction perforation or infection yet. I see a surgeon on Wednesday. Any advice or those with prior issues such as this please let me know what I maybe in for procedure, recovery time, etc. I also have a mesh bladder sling for SI and umbilical hernia mesh following gall bladder surgery.
