Mesh shape pattern around eyes?

Hi,

I'm diabetic 38 T1, I woke up today looked at my mobile and it just looked weird.

Since I’ve got up I’ve had this pattern of fine mesh around outside of my eyes, if turn to look at the pattern it moves, so it’s not central on the eye. I had my annual retina scan last month they said I had 20/20 vision. I wear glasses.

I wonder if it’s a migraine but I don’t have a headache and it’s not been 3 hours no change.
