Thank you for this. this is exactly what i need to tell myself. At the moment my anxiety is bad and i am ruminating about a decision I have to make and i am just making it worse by feeding it with worry and giving myself more decisions to make as i am thinking of loads of options which s making it harder to choose.

Right now I am shaking, shallow breathing and weak legs.

Apologies, not sure if you wanted advice but you have given me something to use. Thank you.

      Thank you.

My anxiety returned January and it’s almost been non stop. I’m slowly killing mysekf with worry.

I guess for you and your medication, you have to weigh up the pro’s and con’s? I have recently just went onto new medication, began to come down off one and then went back up so a lot of changes lately.

I hope you feel better soon.

      🙂

Bless you sweet heart, since January is a long time, I know you are worrying,is it the fact that you have had it for so long or do you suffer health anxiety? For you to be suffering as you are and still be helping others on here like me, means you are very strong, plz always belive that you will recover, I promise you that you will, not matter what, I think that changes in meds and dosage is all to play in how you are feeling 100%.

You know what helps me sometimes is making fun of my self , I have a friend who suffers just like i do, and it does help we take the Mick out of anxiety, I know it's the most distressing illness to have, I'm here anytime you feel you want to talk or just ask for advise, I've been there and recovered, unfortunately it's reared its head again. 😞

Do you guys go to the doctor's a lot? That is one of my biggest downfalls is the health anxiety Sent Me to the ER a lot they don't ever find anything out and the reassurance doesn't last very long they probably all think I'm crazy when the pain is so real

Hi Christina, I’m sorry that your also suffering from Health Anxiety.

Yes , your not a alone there, I think most of us on here go to the Drs or hospital on a regular basis. I know I did! Before this anxiety I hardly ever went to see my GP. I told my self though that I’ve had these tests done & all came back ok 😊 And been diagnosed with health anxiety. So I told myself I’m not going back to the Drs or the hospital unless it’s really really necessary. What I done to help that was pre book  an appointment for 2-3 weeks time & go then & discuss any concerns I have then with the Dr. Look it at as follow up appointments. But the gradually increase it. It’s working for me.

Good luck & you can do this xx

Thank you so much. That is a very supportive message. I really appreciate it.

It begins to wear you down after a while doesn't it. I am sick of worrying and thinking as much as I do.

You need to take care of you too.

      Thank you.

      :-)
