Check with your doctor is you need to wear it bed? I had to wear it to bed for 3 weeks after plaster came off, then five weeks wearing it and being able to take it off for bed. If you do need to wear it to bed, a tip that I got too late into my recovery - wear a pillowcase on top of the boot to bed as the velcro grabs everything. Best of luck.

When was your fracture? With no surgery usually NWB up to 6 weeks then if healing, different hard soled shoe which inhibets flexing which is what will separate fracture. I did sleep in boot. So sorry, fracture is inconvenient to say the keast.

It's probably best to wear it to bed. I accidentally stepped out of bed without the boot and might have compromised the healing.  Three weeks is a short time to give up for a lifetime of less pain.
