    Hi pam34o48,

To be honest with you, I've never heard of the Methadone patch. But that doesn't mean that they don't have them.

Methadone maintenance clinics are government-sanctioned clinics that were set up primarily to help people who are addicted to Heroin to get off of it.Although many of them are changing their policies and helping people that are addicted to other strong opiates also.

Pam, you will really need to talk to a Doctor about what you are going through as far as getting something for your pain.OK?

God bless you, I'm sorry you have to suffer so much.Get some help.Talk to a Doctor.

    Hi Pam34048,

I forgot to mention, be sure to let your Doctor or the clinic you go to, know that the Tylenol3s (codeine) aren't doing anything for you and you need something that works. You can ask them about different pain relief substances. And remember, all opiates generally cause constipation so you have to eat plenty of vegetables and take walks etc.
