Should make no difference at all delaying by a day.

When I had my hip replacement surgery, I missed the dose that week, and actually improved a little, maybe because of the proper pain relief I was getting post surgery that the local GP had not supplied previous.

I fact the specialist was very pleased I missed my dose that week, although I was told by hospital staff not to worry about, just take as usual.

I have missed doses over the years, does not seem to make a huge difference with flares for me.

What has helped me is cutting out wheat in my diet, I have been trying really hard not to eat anything, being really strict with myself and avoiding all wheat, and yes it has helped, Dr cannot explain other than I must be sensitive to wheat, but my inflammation markers have fallen considerably, and as I said to the specialist what harm can I do by cutting the wheat, none she said as long as you eat healthy otherwise.
