Methylprednisolone 6 day pack and super sick. Any advice?

I'm on my last day of Methylprednisolone and my balance and coordination are horrible. my eustachian tubes are so clogged i can barely stand and the ringing in my ears is unbelievable. I have a throbbing headache as well. is this normal for this drug? I was given this for allergies and eustachian tube dysfunction and its made it 100 times worse. any advice is soooo welcome. thank you in advance.

    Sorry can't help you as on prednisolone alone, for life with no side effects what so ever, but what I will say is don't just stop TAPER off.

      You don't taper from a 6-day pack - you can take steroids for 7 to 10 days at practically any dose and just stop, the packs often have a built-in taper.

    Sounds more like an infection than allergies and steroids on their own wouldn't be enough. Back to the doctor I think.
