Last night I felt like I had the flu can somebody tell me how long these rebounds last Please

    Janice, I really dont know because I'm in the middle of withdrawal too. After a month of pure hell, I've had a couple of good nights and days. Some hope at last. I'm still dealing with the adrenaline and anxiety.I talked to someone that was only on BB for 9 days and it took him 2 months to start feeling better. I was on BB for 6 weeks total. I've just been praying alot and loving on my dog.

      Hi, My HR isnt too bad. Its just the adrenaline and anxiety that is awful. The anxiety may be letting up some. Thanks for asking. How are you doing?

    i last cut my Atenolol six months ago and still struggling with withdrawal symptoms. Agitation, anxiety, adrenalin surges, high heart rate, high blood pressure, stiff neck muscles and headaches.

    im so sorry for your suffering.
