Microdiscectomy procedure a year and a half ago/Tingling in my toes still

Hi! I had a microdiscectomy procedure a year and a half ago. The healing process has been great. But the last couple of weeks I've bee having tingling in my last two pinky toes on my feet. Is this something to be concern about? Or will this be something I will have to deal with forever?

it was only 3 months out for me but I had tingling like that, that worsened. and I had grown a bone spur. might want to look into that if it is bad enough.

if you had no problems with nerve pain so far, it could be a new little (pre) hernia in the same disc.
