Microscopic blood in urine

Guys I'm really scared I have bladder cancer. Doctor keeps finding traces of blood in urine - rare is what they call it. I'm 34 and never smoked, but they already did a test for bladder infection that came back negative and a CS scan that showed nothing abnormal, so now I have to do a cystoscopy.

Originally the blood was found in December when I went in for groin pain, urge to urinate, burning sensation on penis and pain around perineum.

What helps with anxiety?

    You don't give much detail. My experience is painful peeing is infection which after a lab test if +ve then antibiotics for a week or so usually clears. How was the blood detected?
