Microscopic hematuria continuous for 4+ months

Hi

since may my urine has microscopic hematura every day. I bought urinalysis strips to test as thought had urine infection as my urine out put has doubled over the last 6 months. I'm peeing in excess of 2.5 - 3.5ltrs per day it's darker colour no smell but lots of floaty white bits. I had my gp test it and it picked up blood confirming my result at home but no infection as usual. I periodically get side pains but only twinge that last minutes at a time. I post hysterectomy by 15yrs so not menstrual related.

the lab tests showed no infection but was told by receptionist at drs result was normal. is it still classed as normal even if hematura present? I don't want to go to gp unless I have to so if anyone has any Dr as I would be grateful to hear them.

Many thanks
