Microscopic-like worms under skin

Hi. I have some sort of a skin condition where it starts out like a small pimple and then when i clean it,it turns into a sore where i remove microscopic worm like things out of my skin. I have tried every home remedy and fungi/ worm treatment on the market. I have seen a few doctors and gone to the hospital and they dont know what it is, despite not knowing they just give me antibiotics. It has been 6 months now and it's not getting better or easier. It itches if i don't bath 3 times a day and i spend hours dressing the wounds. I googled everything i could after no luck with doctor's advice and it looked like scabies. No luck there either, treatment didn't work. I have samples of what came out of my skin and have spent so much money already on trying to find out what it is and how to get rid of it. Please let me know if you could assist in any way. I can also send photos

Hi there. Im sorry. I don't have a clue. Do you live in the states? Have you traveled out of country? Try reaching out to The Parasitology Ctr in Arizona. Maybe they can help you. If they are microscopic how did you see them? You should post some pics. Maybe someone will recognize them.

Hi Law, no im a woman South Africa, i have not travelled anywhere in the past year but i have worked alot with wood lately. By microscopic i meant so tiny that it does not show underneath the skin. Apologies, i used the wrong word to describe it. Would like to post a few photo's of what i take out of the wounds and what the wounds eventually look like, but i do not know how to. As soon as i starr "scratching" them out, it bleeds and also bleeds a few centimeters away form the wound. I even tried using surgical spirits and peroxide to kill it, but it does not work, i tried bathing in detol, still no luck. I have tried everything i could use for worm infections but i am not sure if this "thing" is what came out of the wood or if it's an insect bite. But it has been spreading all over my chest, on my arms, legs and also a while ago in my face. It looks almost like the African Trypanosomiasis worm. But the treatment i used for that did not work.
