Microvascular Angina & Prinzmetals Angina

Hey,

20 year old male here.

recently (these past 2-3 years) i've been getting really bad chest pains accompanied with shortness of breath. It seems to only be getting worse. I was put on 5mg Nebivolol and 5mg Amlodipine, and they obviously help but don't completely do the trick. I wanted to share my situation first to hopefully give others some insight about my story with Microvascular Disease. I've basically looked into everything else and narrowed it down to this. I have zero blockages in my arteries and a perfect ejection fraction, however, I am constantly out of breath and getting chest pain. I've tried a number of different things including supplements, exercise, & drug regimens. As far as I understand its different for everyone. I come here to ask, what has been your experience with MVD ? and what has helped?
