Mid 40's ovarian cyst & new brown/black extremely light menstrual cycle ?

In my mid 40s. For about 10 months had unexplained fatigue, aches & pains in low back, hips & legs & have vag/pelvic pressure & cramping & strange nerve sensations, bladder discomfort, bloating & new painful PMS . And the last 4 months have had unusually light 3 day periods that are brownish/blackish. Recent US showed a complex hemorrhagic cyst with "debris" (about 1.7" ) on an ovary that appears to be at least 2x bigger than the other. Uterus is large but no other abnormalities seen in US. I think I have been in Peri-menopause. No family history of female cancers. For years been on same BC pills. Anyone share my symptoms & circumstances ? And what was your outcome ?

Similar to me, yes. Don't know my outcome yet. Hoping I'm terrified for nothing. Do you have endometriosis?

No I didn't here anything in US report about endometriosis / endometrioma But my GYN is a little suspicious of it because of my worsening cramping and I guess we have to wait & watch it.  I read online that to diffentiate between endometrioma and hemorrhagic there needs to be a T2 dark spot.  I must be missing the "dark spot" or a lesion of some kind.  The not knowing and the waiting protocal is fustrating and wish they would just remove it now.
