mid foot fusion, pins and bone graft. post op advice please !

Hello fellow 'feet'

Can anyone else share their experience? I am 3 1/2 months post op. Apparently good xrays, am using boot for outside walking. trainers indoors. How much pain is it usual to have?? I find I cant stand around for too long and my mid foot aches quite a bit. I have also recently been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and building up to full treatment now that I am post op.

Not sure if this level of pain in my mid foot is usual at this stage? Or whether from RA.

Grateful for your experiences.

Do any of you have physio? post op advice sheet?
