Middle back pain and burping constantly

Hi all! I'm new on here.

Would love to hear if peeps are having similar to my symptoms and give me any advise....

It started off with occasional heartburn, burning in throat and occasional regurgitation . I then noticed my swallowing had changed to being slow. When I eat food it's taking time to go down and feels like saliva is gathering at the back of my throat.

Worsening now to constant burping, upper trapped wind and pain in the middle of my back. This pain is constant, better lying on my side or better having a good burp but comes back almost straight away after burping. The pain in my back is 6/10. Its almost like a bad toothache in the middle of my back. I also feel full and a bit nauseated. I've tried Omeprazole and Lansoprazole. Any other experiences or suggestions? Feels isolating!

Just been ignoring it stupidly. Awaiting a GP appt.

I'm guessing its either GERD or maybe bones?

Thanks in advance!

Kelly
