Middle Finger deformity

First I noticed only my finger joint are broaden approx 10 year ago but in a course of time the condition is worsen. There is no pain or stiffness in a joint only it continues deforming now I'm worried.

  1. Anyone please help me to identify the decease.
  2. Any possible cause for my finger deformity.
  3. Possible treatment.

    if you have no pain then I also think it's osteoarthritis As we age this can happen. Have you had your doctor examine your hands ?

    That is exactly how I began. After several years of MD telling me that it was osteo, I made an appointment with a rheumatologidt who immediately ordered

    labs to see if it was rhrumatoid I dd test positive. . i did begin meds to keep it under control. RA treatment is so different from osteo. i strongly suggest you see a specialist or have your primary order labs. they are extremely accurate and the sooner you begin meds the less damage to your joints.
