I first noticed this a few days ago but it went away and now came back again but when I breathe deep and only when I breathe deep, I get this ticklish sharp pain as I'm inhaling on the middle left side of my back.

Your issue could be different, but I get this when one of my hips has rotated (not in a good way). Going to a chiropractor sorted me out, so I'd recommend the same.
