Might my mystery feinting spells actually another type of migraine?

I've had feinting spells since I was a child where I'd feel nauseous, dizzy, hear painful ringing, my vision flares, and sometimes I go temporarily blind. I can feel them come on usually by noting my own sudden weakness in my limbs and well the whole vision thing.

I've gone to the hospital and over the years seen a number of doctors, but all my tests say that I'm in perfect health just that my iron is slightly low at times. One heart doctor claimed I had a heart murmur that was then magically cured?? Another said maybe POTS but couldn't say for sure. They were all stumped.

TLDR: I did the typical yo-yo between heart doctors, neurology, and etc. And basically just decided to live with it.

Anyway, I started having migraines as a teen with aura, without aura, ice pick, and a really bad Hemiplegic Migraine that freaked me out (y'know stroke symtoms). The other day I had a new type? One that lasted a whole week caused insomnia and made me feel tv static and sharp pins and needles of pain; allodynia says the internet.

This new type of symtoms from my migraines inspired me to look up more types of migraines so that in the future I won't be so surprised and confused in the future. This led me to hypothesize that maybe? just maybe? My spells of "severe nausea, vertigo, weakness, and temporary loss in vision" are just another type of migraine.

A Silent or Acephalgic Migraine? Does this sound feasible? And is there anyway to know for sure?

If there's no way to know for sure some validation either way would be nice lol

Look after your eyes and keep your brain in check. Perhaps you could go to the health store and look for health supplements that support eye function. All the best.
