Hello. . I just join this group recently and i need some advices on my migrain that getting worst these few months. I am 27 tis year and i've been experiencing migrain for 7 years. I am worry as my condition is getting worst these few months. The sudden pain will occur anytime and i am taking a medicine named Decolgen to control the pain. The pain will cause vomit too. I've seen doctor for twice explaining my condition but the doctor said it is just a normal migrain and it could be a sinus headache. Should i go for further check up or just treat as a normal sinus headache ?

5. Headaches
6. Swelling in sinus area
7. Tiredness
These are the symptoms i have experienced with my sinus
The migraine symptoms
1. Visual disturbance
2. Tingling in fingers
3. Speech disturbance
4. Pain on certain side of the head
5. Lights hurts the eyes
6. Vomiting
7. Opening the bowles frequently
8. Pounding headaches
If your migraine have been controled for some numbers of years then something had triggered it, i.e. Something you ate the lack of sleep, dehydration, stress, sinus.
Pin point what is that is causing your migraines to surface frequently and keep seeing your Gp to get the help you need.
All the best and don't give up!

I have suffered with migraine all my adult life and been diagnosed with stress, blocked sinuses and migraine by GPs. I spent years on preventative medication that did not prevent. Finally I was referred to a neurologist who turned my life around. He explained nothing would currently prevent my migraines but triptans would treat them. That neurologist is now the director of the London migraine clinic. My medication is now prescribed by my GP who said she had leant a lot through my case. Drs can prescribe sumatriptan, variations need to be prescribed by a consultant first. These tablets changed my life. I hope that helps.
