Migraine

Hi I am new here and am starting to have migraines again. I do not wish to take meds if it canbe avoided. Has anyone got any tips they find helpful?> Thank you.v

      Hi I was taking co codamol but the neurologist said it was responsible for the migraine. He told me not to take anything , to avoid caffeine and to exercise more. It seems to be doing the trick. I have just got rid of a headache but think it was flu!! What are u taking?
