hay, I feel for ya, and hope it goes away soon.
I personally don't get migraines, but I work with a few people who do, and from what I've seen they seem to be almost unable to be in any kind of light, sometimes throwing up, and just generally wanting to hide away in a dark place.
obviously that coupled with health anxiety, is one s*****r of a situ.
But in your case, id say stay away from Google, go and get a nap or the very least a lie down.
I know its way easier said than done.
But hope it helps.

Hi Kayleigh,
i suffer with depression and anxiety also and have recently being getting ice pick headaches and waking with migraines. i too was worried it was something sinister. I wonder if you sleep ok? I dont and suffer with insomnia. THE headaches have been going to migraines were ive felt nauseous and being sick as well. interesting, the being sick gets rid of the migraine immediately. i read the stomach shuts down emptying when we get a migraine so thats why we feel sick and can be sick. i didnt check in with my gp about it as it seems to have gone. i think stress is the culprit not anything sinister. Also, sometimes i wonder if we have a food allergy I cut out cheese and it helped, please dont worry its our anxiety causing it.x

i have these terrible migraines and then my stomach hurts so badly once i actually thought to call an ambulance
the only reason i could connect it to anxiety was because i work in the evening and i felt too anxious to go to work and wanted to stay in bed so badly that i worked myself up and got a migraine!

My sister suffers from migraines so bad. When she has one she doesn't leave the house for like 3 days, she just lays in bed in the dark and sleeps it off. Nothing really helps her either, def not any OTC meds and she has even tried prescription ones and they don't do much. She said just sleep helps.
I wouldn't worry that anything is wrong. Migraines can def be very uncomfortable and very painful, but they are very common and harmless.
