Migraine after Upper & Lower GI

Posted , 2 users are following.

My 16 year old son has no history of having migraines, nor anyone in our family. He woke up from anesthesia screaming, crying in pain from headache & neck pain, two days ago. After being given excedrin migraine, three shots of diluadid, percocet and muscle relaxers... he is still in pain. He did have a CT scan of his head today and they said it was normal.

Has anyone ever experienced this after anesthesia? What kind of doctor, specialist should I contact?

All the pain meds he's been given concerns me...

Thank you in advance to all of you who have taken the time to read this and reply.
