Migraines

I thought my migraines was getting worse by being on co-codamol so just done cold turkey, not very pleasant but I have to say no migraines , what is anyone's else's thoughts on this ? My gp is aware of what I did .

    I've had migraines since 1990, nothing works till nausia is under control. I take nurofen plus (3 tabs) and sleep. Only solution for me. Now I'm forced to get a script because it's no longer OTC. I feel Ur pain, when I was taking 25 tabs a day they were much more frequent. I tappered off and had horrible withdrawal including headaches. It does get easier.

    I suffer from headaches and will get an awful one every 3 weeks or so BUT since I stop taking 12 Nurofen Plus a day I haven’t had a really bad one since!!! I have this new found energy and happiness 😊
