Migraines & Anxiety.

I was diagnosed with chronic migraines. Thought i was having an aneurysm lol. But I would get nauseous, blurred vision, trouble concentrating, & it would be on one side of my head. The pain varies from sharp, dull, acute, it's all over the place.

I get it more when im ovulating, on my cycle, or look at my phone a lot which I do. Sometimes the side that it hurts on my eye will water or swell up. My neck will sometimes hurt as well.

I'm trying not to let my health anxiety come back because I've gotten over it. But I Googled migraine & it said that people under 45 have strokes because of migraines. Then I'll think of meningitis. I'm trying not to feed into it because i really don't want to go down this road again.

I don't like taking meds so that's not even an option.

Thanks.

Hi. If you don't like taking meds then therapy and meditation is the way forward for you. Speak to your Dr. Tell them that you are against meds and that you prefer a more holistic treatment. Good luck

Don't get back at it! Do what you've been doing to get peace. I honestly didn't have trouble with my anxiety before Google. Yeah I got a panic attack here and there, but now with everything I've learned about depression, insomnia and all that crap trying to kill you.. it's much worse. Better just lay off dr. Google

Yes I didn't have it at all until i started Googling as well. Wish I could erase all of the conditions i know of now. But I've decided to love & live life regardless
