Migraines, memory loss, ear ringing and stinging pains

Basics : 19 y/o female with fibromyalgia, TMJ and migraines. Taking amitriptyline 100mg, lansoprazole 30mg, baclofen 15mg. Also cerazette (contraception) and loratadine (antihistamine).
Been suffering with migraines for roughly 4 years. Went undiagnosed until about 1 1/2 years ago. Where classed as chronic at first but through lifestyle changes they are no longer chronic. Take sumitriptan for attacks and 1st tablet usually (95% of the time) works.
Very suddenly (and I mean the last 12-14 days) I have developed quite substantial memory issues as well as confusion and disoientation ( see examples below). Started getting high pitched drone in ears combined with white noise that drowns everything but the high pitched noise out. Feel a little disoriented during those attacks. Also started getting severe stinging pains in my forehead that only last between 30-60 seconds at most but are absolutely debilitating until they pass.
Cognitive issues: Walking through a 100% familiar area (namely the restaurant I work in) and forgetting where I am and where I'm going. Opening draws or cupboards and not understanding why. Purchased something online and had no memory of doing it. Put the lit end of a cigaratte in my mouth. Walked in to a room and didn't register that my boyfriend was right in front of me. Carrying a tray and seeing the object fall off out the corner of my eye, then looking and it's right there, hasn't moved. Boyfriend was holding a glass and I saw him tilt it and spill the drink but upon looking again there was nothing in it.
I know I'm probably worrying over nothing, but all those things combined, particularly with the fact that I've never really experieced these sorts of things before, it's quite scary.
I am aware that with fibro, all sorts of cognitive impairment can occur. However it has all come on so suddenly, and with those other factors above, that I think exploring all possibilities is worthwhile. Will be seeing GP tomorrow, just hoping for some experiences and insights anyone can offer.
Thanks guys!

Maybe your regeime of Drugs is to blame, write all the symptoms down when you go to the Doctor..you are bound to forget something.
Good luck

Am hoping it is to do with the meds, would prefer that to another condition to add to my list!
Got everything written down but recently I wrote a shopping list, then forgot I had the list in the first place *sigh* so am taking my mum with me for back up!
Will post back tomorrow if I get an appointment (there's only one doctor I'll see about this the others are all useless).

Really hoping that's not what's causing it though it's done wonders for my depression and TMJ pains. Will obviously be asking GP tomorrow if he thinks it's the cause though.

Google baclofen side effects, that looks like a fit. Hallucinations, ringing in ears etc. I tried it for my chronic back pain and gave up after 2 weeks on lowest dose cos of similar problems, and it didn't work either. Also made me really breathless.
Good luck at the docs and keep us posted.
