Mild Allergy to Paprika?

Alright so I really don't do the whole 'medical forum' thing often, just cause I don't want to scare myself, I have enough problems to worry about. Regardless, I have been weirded out for the past like 8 years (im 16) about this feeling at the back of the roof my mouth I get when I eat Devilled Eggs and only one other dish, I think it was chicken with paprika. I really don't know how to describe the feeling aside from just, itchy burning around and behind my uvuala? I have found literally nobody else talking about this. If it's not an allergy, I'd love to know because I love to cook so much but it's such a useful seasoning. The sensation isnt at all on my toung or lips like it usually is for me with an injestiom reaction (also allergic to peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, and avacado). Any thoughts... At all?

Also, should probably mention, I was pretty extensively tested (5 tubes of blood, not sure what oz. but believe me, they were not small) when I was like 7 or so for a TON of things (I mean, lists upon lists, most of them negative or to low to phase me). I was able to eat Devilled Eggs until I was like 8, and have developed some allergies since being tested the first time, such as cat hair/dander (specific breeds though?) and coconut (apparently its not even a nut, it's a bean or seed or something, but for some reason, I'm allergic to it). Hope this helps a little more.
