mild chest pain for some time. would just like opinions.

i’m currently 18, male, weigh around 85 kilos. and am about 6’1 in height.

it all started about 2 years ago, 2016 around august time, i can’t quite remember. i started having random chest pain in my left side, it wasn’t severe just a dull kinda pain. it would come and go and went away after a couple weeks. felt like it was a muscle strain so i didn’t really think much of it. then about a year later around the same time (2017) it came back again. i was having like a dull pain that would last a couple of seconds on my left side, that would come and go, when i was busy doing things i never noticed it but when i would focus on it i could feel the mild aches that would last for a few seconds. and then sometimes i could feel them on my right side too. i was also having no other symptoms during those times. then it went away again.

currently i have been having my mild pains again in my left and right side of chest. i don’t really have any other symptoms but sometimes i feel quite nauseous in the morning until i eat and then i feel a lot better. i have also suffered with anxiety throughout my life and depression.

i’m not really worried about it but my anxiety really does make me feel like i’m gonna like die or something.

no i have never been to the doctor about this and don’t really plan too as it isn’t anything that 100% bothers me nor stops me from doing anything physical.

does anyone have any ideas?
