Mild lung symptoms but worrying

Hello, I hope this is the right place to ask
With this pandemic world-wide I can not find a clinic to have a control at the moment, probably I can go if it's a urgent situation at the hospital, but I hope that is not the case, and have at least a attending/directional answer here.
A few days ago I started having coughs with expectoration, not too many a maximum of 20 per day or so. They are easy to expectorate, usually takes just one cough and the phlegm is out. I also seem that whenever I stay in cold I start to get a cold usually and I have mild lung pain (lungs might not hurt but that is the area) . I remember last time I had lung/back musle pain was quite hard, was during when I lifted something , it held me around 2 days and was quite unpleasant. That was around 2 months ago.
I do also have wheezing.
It might be that I have a common cold, or who knows, but what worries me is that I've been having phlegms before, usually lasting around 10 days or even less, around one time per year, maybe twice. Always when having a cold.
I read, symptoms are similar to Bronchitis, Acute or Chronic. Could this might be ? Or a common cold, probably Covid-19 ?
I should mention that in rest I'm feeling well, I do work-out and gained weight in the past few months, except sometimes (last few days) when I work out I get so very sweaty and even nauseous. Sometimes even shortness of breath when/after the workout. I am also a smoker , I promised myself I will stop them in the following weeks. And have a low immunity system, or lower, been prescribed with taking Vitamin C + Zinc for 3 months.
Oh, since I was a little kid I was always getting a cold very easily. Even nowadays I seem to get a common cold easily.
Probably I should have gone earlier to check my lungs too, but I decided to leave them to last, meanwhile checked other problems, have Sinusitis and Otitis. And another two probably small problems not related to lungs or head.
Thanks.

Hi, My opinion is with those symptoms I would go and get check out just to make sure its not Covid 19 and then you can go from there. Better to be safe than sorry. probably a common cold
All the best martin

If the symptoms are mild, self isolate, most people have don't need to go to hospital with covid so if you do have it but only have mild symptoms and you leave the house, you risk passing it on to people who may not survive if they catch it. Try and give up smoking if you are wheezing and coughing. Also if you catch colds easy get some multi vitamin and mineral tablets not just vit c and zinc. Smoking will make your immune system worse by stripping you of certain vitamins. Also there are loads of chemicals in them that you are inhaling. This could also just be a cold and unless you start getting really bad symptoms, stay at home until 7 days after your symptoms have gone. If your symptoms get much worse and your breathing starts to be really affected, make a telephone appointment with your doctor and explain your symptoms, they can assess whether you need medical help. But don't risk leaving your home and potentially spreading what you have to others unless it is necessary. Covid has already taken almost 1000 lives in the UK and over 2000 in the USA and a lot of those lives could have been spared if people took self isolation and social distancing more seriously.

Thanks for replies.
Well, an update for last night. The stitch/pain in the back was gone in around an hour. Then I tried again to work out and got it up again.
Excluding Covid, is back pain a symptom for colds ? Back as in lung area. Does not hurt when breathe, it does not hurt at all, it's there as an annoyance. It usually happened to me before when having colds or staying on cold enviroments. Last time it happened I just got outside being all sweaty when outside the temperature was sub zero, around 2 months ago. That might have been justifiable though.
The phlegm is rare though. I could also say that I did last week Eucalyptus steam inhale. Heard they clean the lungs or will have you expectorate phlegm.
Other than that I feel fine. Just browsing the internet on what might those symptoms be gives me worries.
The ache in the back I was also told it might be a stretched muscle ?
I do take care with Covid, my city has no available doctors at the moment except if it's only Covid stuff and probably emergencies. All doctors help with the Covid cases in my city and the nearbie ones . That's why I asked here.
I hope it's mostly the thoughts than an actual problem .

I seem to feel alright starting from today. Was told by a pharmacist (I know it's not the best option) who knows me for some years it might just be a cold , and the pain have been from workout.
She told me to take Theraflu 3 / day for 4-5 days so I can get the cold out . And stop worrying.
I'll continue my workout with weights when I feel good, in the meantime (after I stay home a week) I will do some jogging outside in the parking lot.
Thank you for the answers. I'll also stop smoking, tried before, stopping sudden didn't work , but I managed to have 2/3 smokes per day at some point until I got back again. I'm not a heavy smoker. I started the lowering routine again going from 9-10 back to 1-2 per day in 2-3 weeks then I hope I can leave them for good 😃
