Mild pain & discomfort in abdomen and scrotum!

I've been suffering from mild pain around the left side of my groin for the last 2.5 years. Sometimes it feels like my left testcle is higher than the right. I have seen my Urologist twice on 2 seperate occassions. I have also had 2 seperate ultrasounds of my abdomen and groin along with blood and urine tests with everything all clear. I take Amitripyltine for it but this makes me sleepy and decreased libido and Delayed Ejaculation.

Can anyone give me some advice on what to do next?
