Mild serotonin syndrome please help

hi there has anyone else ever had mild serotonin syndrome. I'm so scared right now as my doctor thinks I could have a mild case of it after starting sertraline again. Last Thursday I had started taking 50mg of sertraline and had the worst reaction ever I did a post last night on my symptoms that I have been getting but I'll update it again on this post. my symptoms were worst panic attacks I've ever had, crying uncontrollably, tremors throughout my body, shaking everywhere, sweating uncontrollably through my hands and feet, not being able to concentrate or know what was happening around me and couldn't respond or talk properly, stomach upset and feeling sick with stomach pain, have not been able to eat anything at all since last Thursday since I took the first tablet of sertraline, couldn't stand without shaking and feeling like I'm going to pass out, skin felt like it is on fire and crawling and like pins and needles type feeling, feelings of being overwhelmed and not in control kind of spaced out and not knowing what is happening, feels like I have no control over my eye movements and having only what I can explain as a type of seizure type feeling with uncontrollable movements and lost and strange speech, my body feels as if it is kind of crushing and has some sort of pressure all over it really bad uncontrollable panic spells and so much more. This has been going on since I first took the tablet and hasn't got any better. at first doctors thought it was side effects but because it hasn't got any better they are now thinking it could be a mild case of serotonin syndrome and said that if it doesn't get any better over the weekend then I might have to go to hospital which I'm really scared about as I have ocd of catching anything and illness and with covid being so high right now aswell I'm scared that if I have to go to hospital I might catch something on top of having this which I already feel awful and can't imagine catching something on top of this aswell. has anyone else had mild serotonin syndrome? and did you get better and what was your treatment for it? also what we're your symptoms and did you have to go to hospital to treat it or did you get better without hospital treatment? Please anyone with any experience on this topic can you please help me as I'm really going through it right now and I'm so scared and worried and feeling awful any help would really be APPRECIATED. you can also check my post I wrote last night to get more information on what has been happening. Please someone help.
