Mild Symptoms of Herpes. Pls Help

Posted , 8 users are following.

i had unprotected sex with someone new August 11. About two-four days later i notice slightly painful bump on vagina; thought it was just a hair bump. Then on Saturday and Sunday i began to get a itchy rash. its located on the skin fold of the thigh and outer vaginal lip. Yesterday morning Monday August 19 i got swollen lymph nodes on the left side of my groin (side where rash is). this isnt a typical herpes outbreak . i have no burning when i pee, no fever, the rash isnt painful. Its only sensitive to touch. Im making doctors appt tomorrow but i just feel like i already know the answer 😦. Did any of you ladies have a mild initial outbreak?image

Are you positive for HSV-1 or HSV-2? What about your recurrents? Are they even milder than your initial outbreak? And how often do you have recurrents?

Sorry for all the questions, I;m just trying to understand this as much as possible.

I'm having some mild symptoms since Monday, growing some pimple like sores on my genital area (about 20 now), only hurt when they break or when there's friction. I also have swollen lymph nodes, but other than that, I don't have other symptoms. I've been taking antiviral from Monday, I grow more sores since then (there was just one and now I have about 20), they break but now starting to calm down, it's only been 4 days, I don't know if the antiviral it's working or not. And I'm not sure if I have herpes, still waiting for the test results.

you need to see results. i know i have it because i was swabbed. blood tests are not accurate. they give false negatives. ive had reocurrances that were worse: one time it lasted 6 months. everyone is different and you will find your trigger

That is how mines started no pain just rash/hard lump in the folds if vagina and swollen lympnodes tested positive.

If the first outbreak is mild, does it mean the recurrences will be even milder?
