Mild urinary retention / urinary hesitancy / increased urination in young male

Lately I have felt like I'm not fully emptying my bladder after peeing. I have also been experiencing increased urination frequency (particularly at night), urinary stream stopping and starting, and I had cloudy urine a few times. I am not experiencing any pain.

From googling, it looks like there are a lot of possibilities, but most of them seem less common in younger men. What is most likely? I am planning to make an appointment at my college's Health Services on Monday, but I'm anxious about this and want to know the most likely possibilities.

Other relevant info:

Last spring, I had what I believe was a weird pelvic floor issue, where I think my pelvic floor was tight and that led to incomplete bowel movements. That resolved itself on its own, though.

When I was a teenager, I would occasionally experience a lot of pain after peeing, which would then go away gradually over the next hour or so. That hasn't happened for a long time, but maybe it's related somehow.

These symptoms have only started since I began taking citalopram (Celexa) a couple of weeks ago for anxiety. So maybe it's a weird side effect?

It can't be an STI because I have never been sexually active.

Also, I have a history of health anxiety — issues like psychosomatic headaches, etc. — but I really don't think this sort of thing can be psychosomatic.
