Mildly Chronic to Severely Chronic

Posted , 3 users are following.

I was diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis almost three years ago and at the time my GI specialst classified it as mildly chronic.  Over the past couple of months others complications set in and now it is believed that I moved into the severely chronic category.  For those who are severely chronic what can I expect other than a lot more pain.

    Hi there,

I am sorry to hear about your health problems concerning your pancreas; I would recommend looking at alternative diets that are recommended for the pancreas, particularly vegetarian ways of eating; this is especially helpful for your problem. look up on the web about vegetarian and vegan diets, it is so interesting and may eleviate some of the pain...go for vegetable juicing, buy a juicer, it helps to reduce inflamation.

    5 carrots,

    1 green apple

    1 stick of celery

    1 raw beetroot

a piece of root ginger (size of a walnut)

    a piece of root tumeric...similar

juice it all up and have it for morning and afternoon drink.

adjust the ingrediants to suit your taste

let me know how you get on...it is all to do with what you eat and drink...

    Blessings,

    Lesley

      Lesley,

Thank you for your reply and advice.  I think a juicer would be a wise investment for me.  I will give it a go and thanks for the drink receipe.  Blessing and prayers for your recovery with this disease as well.
