Hi having put on weight over Christmas I want to do the milk diet for 2 weeks to get me back on track so my blood sugars stabilise for surgery in spring summer. I know it's 4 pts of semi milk and oxo for salts can I still have coffee tea and squash. I have multi vitamins too.

Milk diet -Â DAILY ALLOWANCE
2 - 3 pts semi skim milk
1 - 2 low fat, low sugar yogs
3 - 4 pieces of fruit
sugar free jelly (optional)
water, tea, coffee, diet drinks, squashes, sweeteners - unlimited
low cal veg soup in moderation
NO ALCOHOL AND ONLY THE FOODS LISTED ABOVE TO BE CONSUMED
