Milky discharge and no period in sight

Hey, I'm a 21-year old female and I've been having some concern regarding my vaginal health. Last year in March I got into a relationship and broke it off around November. Why? He lied to me about getting tested for STDs and that he frequently went to the doc for a check-up. After a while I'd experience pain during sex (we always had unprotected sex), so I decided to get tested for chlamydia. The test came out positive. I took my meds for 7 days and it cleared up. I didn't trust him enough for our relationship to continue. In December I got tested for STDs again - everything came back negative; I only had a yeast infection, which I treated. Fast forward to now: 2 months ago (March) I tested positive for Ureaplasma Mycoplasma, my new partner too. I had to take medications twice due to it not clearing up the first time. Ever since then I've not had a proper discharge and I'm really concerned that it might be linked to the disease I recently had. Also, I got off my birth control in April and have since then not have my period.
Here's how my discharge looked like yesterday:

hi, i think you have a couple if not several contributing factors to your discharge and period. One thing is for certain is antibiotics will give you a yeast infection, majority of the time. The discharge you posted does not look to alarming as we know it changes through our cycle. it is a milky white which could be yeast infection. If you are having a itchyness, more discharge, redness and discomfort in the area. Are you taking any antibiotics at the moment ? Your Period may come on your next cycle or months later, i know BC can really screw up your cycle and depending on how long you have been on it and what type of BC till you will get your period and be regular is a whole different matter. Also stress does play a factor and sounds like you do have a lot of stress going on with your vaginal health. what symptoms do you currently have if any ?

First off, thank you for taking a look at my post. Secondly, I've stopped taking my antibiotics. During this therapy I got vaginal pills to avoid a yeast infection. I got no itchiness, no redness, but cramps that feel like period cramps. I took a pregnancy test to make sure I'm not pregnant too. Currently I'm taking Dödelein, which is an other vaginal pill once a week. As for my discharge sometimes it's clear and stretchy and then milky or both at the same time.

Good Morning
You have really been through it. The discharge does not look that bad. But you need to use all of your antibiotic that the doctor gave you. That is why they give you them.
Ureaplasma Mycoplasma is given to one person to another but is is not considered a sexual thing
Just fellow your doctors orders Please
Also being a father be careful with whom you have sex with and always use a condom and if he does not then say no. There is to much stuff out there and some men you can't trust
God Bless.....Ken

Hey,
thank you for taking a look at my post. I've taken all my medications responsibly. Next week I have my appointment to get tested again, but now I don't have any complaints regarding the ur. mycoplasma. Just my discharge is weird lately. For example, yesterday when I wiped my discharge was pale to yellow-ish and stretchy

Your body changes every day but do keep a eye on it. When you do go to the doctor do tell them about it
Take care....Ken

Hey..
I had my doctors appointment on Wednesday. So here's what I got: She took a swab test for the ureaplasma mycoplasma and then did a ultrasound. Everything looked normal. However, she doesn't know why my period still hasn't come. Today marks 1 month. I also told her I'm getting period-like cramps. She said that I either am pregnant at an early stage or might have an infection. I might have a slight yeast infection, yes, but do yeast infections cause abdominal pain? No right?
