    Hi,

Yes I swear by meditating and mindfulness now and listen to it every night as it helps me sleep, so this along with ad meds and seeing a neuropsychologist combined is helping me through a really crappy 8 mths.

Oh and also found that water reiki has helped me too but still get my bad days.

    Hope this helps

    Good luck.

It can work for some, but equally it can be not at all useful for others, it really depends on severity and longevity of the problem. Personally I found it a waste of time, but everyone is different

I have seen a CBT who tried to help me with mindfulness, but I was so out of my element and anxious that I couldn't focus on it.

My anxiety has gotten worse, but I try and meditate daily.  Closing my eyes, breathing deeply repeatedly and doing visualization guided imagery meditation helps me.  In regards to mindfulness, I am still struggling; it's a practice.  I think with practice, it can help aleviate the symptoms.  Just focusing on what you are actually doing (ie: what you smell, name 5 things you hear/see/feel, etc for grounding, and really focusing on  the things around you can help you stay leveled).
