You can hardly notice anything, don't waste your money mucking around with your eyes. There are always dangers with surgery and when it comes to your eyes, leave well alone unless you have a condition that affects your sight. If you find a surgeon who would do it, I would question their integrity.
If you are really that bothered by it, go to a reputable cosmetic doctor and get Botox. They can lift your lid up a bit.

It is Very minor indeed and you are making the mistake of looking for perfection. Nobody has a perfect face,thats what gives us character.
If,as you get older,the very slight difference becomes worse,then maybe that is the time to consider surgery,but it may never get worse .
