Mir results after stroke confused

had a Mir 3 months post stroke and my consultant sent me a letter details below and my doctor wants to talk about this next week. I don't understand the findings and hope someone can help please

letter states:-

mri scan revealed a few focal T2/Flair hyperintensities in the right ganglio-capsular region suggestive of ischaemia. No space occupying lesion, bleed or major territory infarc. Normal midline and posterise fissa structures

any help would be much appreciated
